1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern subscriptions to Monitorius, a subscription service that provides alerts relating to Vinted listings, including through Discord.
2. Publisher and seller
The seller is Denel Nathan, an individual entrepreneur operating under the French micro-enterprise regime.

3. Service description
Depending on the subscribed plan, Monitorius lets users configure searches and receive notifications for supported Vinted markets. The offer is presented with unlimited searches and filters, instant notifications and Discord delivery.
Autocop may be offered on selected plans to speed up the purchase flow. It never confirms an order on its own: every confirmation requires explicit human approval. The user remains responsible for their Vinted account, Vinted token, search criteria, checks and every approval given.
Commercial statements such as “zero delay” describe the service’s positioning and speed objective. They are not an absolute guarantee of availability, receipt of an alert or a successful transaction, particularly where third-party services or an internet connection are required.
4. Subscription and pricing
International subscriptions are made through the international Monitorius page on Whop. The price, billing frequency and terms displayed by Whop before order confirmation apply to the subscription. Public plans may be offered weekly, monthly or yearly.
Payment is processed by Whop. Customers must review the order summary before confirming.
5. MONI trial code
The MONI code provides a 7-day free trial when accepted by the relevant Whop offer. At the end of that period, the selected subscription becomes paid at the price and frequency displayed at subscription, unless the customer cancels beforehand from their Whop account.
6. Term, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions run for the period shown on Whop and may renew under the terms displayed at checkout. Customers can disable renewal from their Whop orders or subscription. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access may remain active until the end of the already paid period, subject to Whop’s rules.
7. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Monitorius offers a 15-calendar-day commercial refund policy. The detailed terms are set out in the Refund Policy.
This commercial policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply, including withdrawal rights where applicable. When a digital service starts immediately at the consumer’s request, statutory exceptions and conditions may apply.
8. Use of the service
Customers must use Monitorius in accordance with applicable law, Whop’s terms, Discord’s rules and the terms applicable to Vinted. They must not use the service to bypass a security measure, automate a prohibited action or infringe a third party’s rights.
Customers are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for actions taken through their third-party accounts.
9. Availability and liability
Monitorius uses reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a constant delivery time. Interruptions may result from maintenance, connectivity, Discord, Whop, Vinted or another event beyond the publisher’s control.
Monitorius does not guarantee a listing’s availability, the purchase of an item, or an item’s condition, price or delivery. Any transaction for an item is governed by the rules of, and occurs between users on, the relevant platform.
10. Data and third-party services
According to information provided by the publisher, Monitorius does not collect or retain personal data or a Vinted token in its own infrastructure. Whop, Discord, Vinted and other third-party services may nevertheless carry out their own processing. See the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
Monitorius website elements, presentation, text, trademarks and technical elements remain protected by applicable rules. Unauthorised reproduction or reuse is prohibited.
12. Claims and disputes
Customers may send claims to Blaadeprivate@gmail.com. These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes are brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
