This policy explains what is handled by Monitorius and what is handled by third-party services used with the service. It applies to monitorius.fr and communications connected with Monitorius. Whop, Discord and Vinted terms remain applicable to their respective services.
Controller and contact

Website data and contact requests
When you contact Monitorius, information you choose to provide in your message, such as your email address and the content of your request, is used only to reply and follow up on that exchange. Never send a password, Vinted token or a screenshot containing access information by email or in a public Discord channel.
Vinted token: scope, retention and good practice
A Vinted token is access information associated with your Vinted account. According to information provided by the publisher, Monitorius does not collect or retain a Vinted token in its own infrastructure. The token remains sensitive information: you are responsible for keeping it confidential and for actions carried out through your Vinted account.
- Never share your token in an email, Discord message, screenshot or unofficial form.
- Check the domain and instructions before any configuration.
- If you suspect exposure, secure your account using Vinted’s official procedures and contact Monitorius for service-related support.
Third-party services: who does what?
- Whop: subscription, payment, subscription management and commercial access take place on Whop. Whop processes the data needed for those operations under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Discord: Discord is used as the notification channel. Your Discord account, technical identifiers and exchanges on its platform are subject to Discord and its rules.
- Vinted: your Vinted account, listings, browsing and the platform rules are handled by Vinted. Monitorius is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted.
- Google: the website uses a Google audience-measurement tag (ID GT-WRCZ6LHH). It loads only after your explicit acceptance in the consent panel. If activated, Google may process technical browsing data and use cookies or identifiers under its own rules.
Each third-party service is responsible for its own processing. Review its contractual documents and privacy policy before use.
Cookies and audience measurement
Strictly necessary cookies enable the technical operation of the website. Google audience measurement remains disabled until you choose “Accept”. Your choice is kept for 180 days in the monitorius_analytics_consent cookie. The “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page lets you change it at any time; you can also delete cookies in your browser settings. If the measurement configuration changes, this policy will be updated to reflect the services actually used.
Retention period
Monitorius does not retain a Vinted token in its own infrastructure. Data voluntarily provided in a contact request is kept for the time needed to handle that request and comply with applicable obligations. Data processed by Whop, Discord, Vinted or Google follows their own retention periods.
Your rights
For data processed directly by Monitorius, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, or object to processing where regulations provide for it. Send your request to Blaadeprivate@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.
